I have been testing some recipes for a new cookbook (not mine … no excitement there!) this week, and it has be great to try out a few different meals for dinner. Whilst I am always up for trying new dishes, I do tend to stick within cuisines I am comfortable in so I at least have some idea how the dish is going to finish up. This week I have cooked a few new dishes that I was none to sure about, and I have been pleasantly surprised.
Whilst I can’t give you specific recipes for the winter menu (they are all still in development), I have slotted in some easy healthy dinner ideas for the week ahead so you can plan your own menu. In the northern hemisphere, it is all about grilling this week, and if you want to spend the week cooking outdoors we have you covered. Enjoy!

Sunday: Seared Beef Tacos with Roasted Vegetables

Thursday: Bangladeshi Fish Curry, served with steamed rice
