Having a weekly meal planner has definitely saved me during the first week back at school. With loads of quick and easy meals in both the summer and winter plans, it has taken a lot of the dinnertime pressure off. Try chicken chilli tacos. 15 minute flatbread pizza, sheet pan lemon herb chicken dinner and lobster mac & cheese bites.
School started back this week, and after two whole months of sleep ins and lazy mornings it is proving to be a bit of shock to everybody. Mostly me I think. So my weekly meal planner is full of really easy meals that take almost no mental energy to prepare. I’ve even been organised enough that the quiche and fish nuggets have come straight out of the freezer.
For those of you in colder climes, we also bring you a week of simple meals. Although given the weather Perth has been having of late, with our coldest January summer day on record, you could readily mix and match from both the summer and winter menu.
