Our meal plans this week are full of family meal ideas that will sway even your fussiest eater. With chicken fajitas, turkey burgers, cheesy chicken bake and dukkah spiced koftas, there is something for everyone.
I have a very bad habit of buying store-cupboard ingredients and then stockpiling them “just in case”. This has resulted in a very full cupboard – so full I’m none too sure of everything that I have. So I am on a mission to try and reduce my stockpile to only those ingredients I use all the time, and hopefully free up some space in the cupboard. I made paella this week from the almost full packet of rice I discovered in a storage container, and it was so delicious I am going to need to buy more rice to make it again. The plan to reduce the store-cupboard is not going well. Sigh!
Both the spring and autumn meal plans this week are full of great family meal ideas; so simple to put together they are sure to be a hit with even the fussiest family members. Enjoy!
