Slow Cooker Lime Coriander/Cilantro Chicken Tacos
Whip up a batch of slow cooker coriander/cilantro chicken, stick half of it in the freezer, and you can have these tacos on the table in no time at all. Perfect for those days when everything else goes off the rails.

- 12 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 batch Slow Cooker Lime Coriander/Cilantro Chicken defrosted if frozen
- 150 g (2 cups) red cabbage shredded
- 150 g (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 25 g (1/4 cup) green onions sliced
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 jalepeno thinly sliced
Reheat (if required) the shredded coriander/cilantro chicken over a low heat. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Warm the tortillas according to packet instructions.
Scoop spoonfuls of the chicken into the tortillas and add the assorted toppings, the serve. Or even better, lay out the ingredients and allow everybody to make their own.
