The first week of summer arrived with a bit of a whimper. After a couple of hot days last week, we have returned to more spring-like weather which means I can still press the oven into action. This week we feasted on:

Easy Weeknight Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato Chips and oven roasted asparagus.
Thursday:
Beef Kofta Curry with Brown Rice
The curry is from Jamie’s 15 Minute Meals.
