You have some great recipes here! I honestly have never had chorizo… I do love chickpeas so maybe I need to try one of those!

Thanks Branson ๐ I like to cook a mix of things each week to keep the family ( and me ) interested. Some chorizo’s can be quite spicy, so just keep that in mind when buying if you have family members that are not big chilli fans. I love it, and use it quite a a lot. It adds a delicious smoky note to dishes. And it pairs beautifully with chickpeas.
