I love all aspects of food. I love reading about it, sourcing the products, cooking it. I love discovering new foods, new techniques, new places to buy products. Most of all I love sharing this knowledge. However, as many of my friends have pointed out after I have spouted my latest discovery, usually they are not all that interested in my excited ravings at that particular point in time. When they are ready to use the information, my excited babbling has long been forgotten.
I am often asked questions about where to buy specific products, or how best to use particular ingredients. I love to share this knowledge.
“You should write a blog” is a comment that has been oft repeated to me. “Then when I want the information I can go look for it.” So I have.
