Baked Ham & Cheese Soft Pretzels, Italian Power Salad, and a Spanish-Style Chicken Frittata are all on the menu this week. Together with some not so healthy snacks to use up that leftover Easter chocolate.
The Princess is away at the moment, so I am taking the opportunity to cook some dishes I know she will just push around the plate. We have some truly easy dinners on the menu this week, along with a delicious breakfast, and some not so healthy snacks to use up all that leftover Easter chocolate.
