Healthy Weekly Meal Plan Week 15. Includes Ham & Cheese Pretzels, Italian Power Salad, & Chicken Frittata. And some not so healthy snacks to use up leftover Easter chocolate

Baked Ham & Cheese Soft Pretzels, Italian Power Salad, and a Spanish-Style Chicken Frittata are all on the menu this week.  Together with some not so healthy snacks to use up that leftover Easter chocolate.

The Princess is away at the moment, so I am taking the opportunity to cook some dishes I know she will just push around the plate.  We have some truly easy dinners on the menu this week, along with a delicious breakfast, and some not so healthy snacks to use up all that leftover Easter chocolate.  And don’t forget to check out my other ideas for using up leftover chocolate if you are struggling to get through it all.

Sunday: Dinner out! Yay!

Monday:  Chicken Sherry & Almond Pot Roast, served with wilted spinach.

Tuesday:  Spiced Sesame Lamb with Cucumber and Yoghurt

Wednesday:  Japanese Braised Cabbage with Pork Belly and Chilli Ponzu, served with steamed rice.

Thursday: Shakshuka
