Need some easy dinner recipes for the family? Try our delicious BBQ beef brisket, sheet pan ginger shrimp, crock pot ramen or a simple scattered sushi rice bowl. And why not finish off your meal with a delicious homemade chocolate fudgesicle.
School holidays. I know those words fill some with dread, but I will readily admit to a slight thrill when the alarm went off this morning. Today is the last day of term, with two weeks of sleeping in, and lazy mornings, stretching before me. And my winter meal plan over the next couple of week will be full of simple dinner recipes for the family.
We have some new collaborators for our summer meal plan going forward, and I am excited about the delicious recipes they will contribute each week. Drag out the BBQ for a delicious beef brisket, take advantage of Renee’s tips for cooking a sheet pan meal outside, and plug in the slow cooker if you don’t wish to heat up the house. Whip up Claire’s great side salad, stash Carrie’s fudgesicles in the freezer, and you will have every mealtime covered. Enjoy!
