We have some fun dinner ideas in this week’s menu, perfect for those enjoying holidays with the kids.  Make our rustic vegetable pizza, grill our delicious apple cider chicken, or whip up an easy pepperoni pizza mac & cheese.  Then finish off your meal with cream cheese danishes or a large tray of roasted nectarines in red wine.

The arrival of winter has coincided nicely with the start of the school holidays.  The cold weather means I feel not the slightest jot of guilt about curling up in front of the fire and watching the Tour de France.  Perfect timing in my opinion.  The slower pace of the holidays calls for easy nourishing meals that will hopefully ward off the inevitable colds of the season.  Enter cheesy soups and hearty curries.

Our summer menu this week has some great fun dinner ideas, perfect for tempting those fussy eaters to the table.  Check out our rustic vegetable pizza, delicious grilled chicken, sheet pan stir fry chicken and an amazing pepperoni pizza mac & cheese.  Enjoy!
