I’m changing things up a bit, in an effort to make my Real Food Meal Plan more useful. I have joined forces with some fabulous bloggers to bring you a week’s worth of meal ideas for both fall and spring, so wherever you are in the world I’ve got your dinner covered.
A quick look at my blog stats tells me that at least half of you live in a completely different hemisphere to me, so that when I am posting lots of summer recipes because its 40C+ here, those of you shivering under the covers find no comfort in salad.
To make these meal plans more useful, I have joined forces with some fabulous bloggers to bring you new and exciting meal ideas each week. I am hoping that by doing this I can help everybody put a healthy meal on the table, no matter where in the world you live.
So without further ado …

Spring Meal Ideas
We are having the coolest spring in many years, with the occasional really hot day just to give us a taste of summer. So my menu plan is all over the place at the moment. Couple this with the fact that my oven has been on the blink again (it’s fixed now … yay!) and I am finding it quite hard work planning for dinner at the moment. On the menu this week was:
Sunday: Rosemary Roast Chicken Thighs, new potatoes, asparagus & garlic
Monday: Pan-fried fish, served with Fried Cabbage with Pancetta and Easy-Baked Sweet Potato Chips.
Tuesday: Broccoli & Anchovy Pasta
Wednesday: Lamb & Lentil Shepherd’s Pie, served with grilled asparagus.
Thursday: Thai Panang Beef Curry, served with steamed Jasmine rice.
Bon Appetit!
Goodness – there’s a wealth of delicious dinners to choose from here!
Thanks Amanda 🙂 That is what I am hoping for so thanks for the feedback.
