Sunday: Ultimate Veggie Burger with Pickled Carrot Slaw

Tuesday: Veal Chops with Spinach and Green Pepper Salsa, served with salad
Wednesday: Fish & Chips, served with a green salad (it was far too hot to cook).
Thursday: Roasted Tomato Sauce on pasta (I’m still ironing out the creases in this recipe. It will appear soon.)
