This week’s Real Food Meal Plan is full of easy meals for the week before Christmas.  Think simple pastas, a quick pork dish, stuffed sweet potatoes and a slow cooker vegetable soup. Dinner without the fuss.

Real Food Meal Plan Week 28. Includes easy meals for the week before Christmas, such as simple pastas, a quick pork dish, & stuffed sweet potatoes.

The countdown to Christmas is in its final stages.  Combine that with the fact that Mr Grumpy has been away all week, and I have been raiding the freezer to get dinner on the table.  Salad is featuring quite a bit at the moment as it is so simple to throw together, and really just needs some form of protein to turn it into a complete meal.

We have a selection of easy meals on the menu for you this week, so without further ado:

There’s a great selection of dishes here. I’m particularly partial to anything using sweet potatoes and that recipe looks delicious!

I’ll admit I never was a sweet potato fan Amanda, but I am coming around 😀 I am enjoying this meal plan collaboration as it always brings up new dishes to try.
